Lawrence E. O’Brien Jr.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1975, Attorney O’Brien is a graduate of New England School of Law, and founded Ganick, O’Brien, and Sarin in 1977. In addition to serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General, he was appointed to serve on the Chief Justice’s Task Force on Small Claims and Procedures Committee and played a major role in the drafting and implementation of the current Small Claims rules and procedures in Massachusetts. Included in his duties as principal owner of the firm, he concentrates his practice in consumer and commercial debt collections, real estate transactions and conveyancing, probate and family law, estate planning, wills and trusts, landlord/tenant matters and business formation.
Kevin J. McCaughey
Admitted to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bars in 1990, Attorney McCaughey is a graduate of Providence College and Boston College Law School and has been a member of the firm for more than 20 years. He focuses his practice in commercial and consumer debt collections, landlord/tenant matters, civil litigation and real estate.

Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2009, Attorney O’Brien is a graduate of Providence College and New England School of Law-Boston. He has been a member of the firm since 2010.
